Our servers are hosted in Europe; however, we do not permanently store any of your data. The data is read to temporary computer memory to create submissions but it is immediately purged after creating the submission. We are GDPR compliant and you can read our data policy online.
Full and partial corrections (and deletions) are fully supported by ReportGenie and there is no code to modify. Simply start with the original submission and use our template to make the required changes.
Make submissions to ReportGenie via our API. This will accept your data in a specified format, and return a validated XML document. Please contact us for more information and access to the API documentation.
ReportGenie is designed to be fully self-service, but for more complex reporting requirements or large reporting volumes, the platform can be deployed in a variety of configurtions, including on-premise in your own hosting environment, including links to your data sources.
